On this experience, you will visit one of Singapore’s bustling wet market to know how to locals are shopping for ingredients. You will hand-pick all the ingredients for our delicious Singapore cuisines to be prepared and once we got back to the Cooking Studio, you will learn how to cook local favorites such as Laksa, Curry Chicken, Curry Fish Head, Roti Jala and the delectable desserts such as Kueh Dadar, Ondeh-ondeh and more. Our expert chef is warm, outgoing and friendly with many years of experience in teaching locals, expatriates and foreigners. Whether you are eager to learn to cook, wanting a deeper culture connection through food or a looking for some company for an engaging hands-on meaningful activity, this is perfect choice for you! On this experience. Your host will teach the magics of Singapore gastronomy and will guide and educate you through the entire experience and his passion and proficiency at once place, you are assured that you would enjoy this culinary experience. Once the foods may ready to go to the table, all participants will taste the foods together. Full recipes for each meal will be provided to after the session to bring back home with you.
