Please proceed your booking confirmation to the service counter and get the boarding pass. Your boarding pass may show the gate no, pls proceed to the relevant gate at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
The officials at the gate may check and very the boarding pass and kindly note that there will be no assistance for luggages, so please load your luggage to the compartment by yourselves.
If you’re traveling from Bugis or Katong V Mall:
Just present the e-boarding pass (usually, you will receive it within 24 hours after confirming the reservation. If your travel date is one day away, you will receive it within the same day) to the driver.
