Is it mandatory to apply for the SG arrival card?

Yes. It’s mandatory to apply for the SG arrival card for all visitors at least 3 days prior to participation (since it may take 1 – 2 days for processing) via the official link. It will be cost 25 SGD (Approx. 18 USD) and can be paid online.

What if I may not able to travel due to significant global event / force majeure?
