5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Grace Period: Confirmed reservations are eligible for a 48-hour grace period, during which they can be cancelled for a full refund. This grace period applies only to reservations made at least 7 days in advance of the participation date. Reservations made within 7 days of the participation date are non-refundable.
Booking Amendments: For booking amendments, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the start time. Amendments are subject to availability and other practical constraints.
6. Local Bank Transfers
We accept local bank transfers in specific countries and territories. While we do not charge any transaction fees, your local bank may impose a fee according to their policy.
7. Payment Security
We use Stripe, a PCI-certified Level-1 payment processor, to handle payments. Stripe maintains the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. Although we do not charge any transaction fees, your bank may apply a fee according to their policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DayTripto.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DayTripto.com and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Site or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DayTripto.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.
