What We Offer
The initial skill assessment is designed to identify and shortlist the most qualified candidates. This assessment can be completed remotely, as it will be administered online. The test will encompass a range of topics including app development and AI technological implementations, in addition to your soft skills such as problem solving, communication, etc.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview, during which they will also be required to complete a brief practical test.
The outcome of the interview will be informed within 7 days of the interview.
A formal job offer will be extended to the candidates who successfully meet the criteria.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a six-month probationary period, which includes an induction. At the conclusion of this period, your performance will be assessed to determine your eligibility for permanent status, which will be accompanied by additional benefits. Should you meet the organization's expectations for timely delivery, quality of work, and other key performance criteria by the end of the first year, you will be considered for promotion to the next tier.
