The initial skill assessment is designed to identify and shortlist the most qualified candidates. This assessment can be completed remotely, as it will be administered online. The test will encompass a range of topics including literary comprehension, communication, verbal reasoning, and attention to detail. Additionally, the assessment will evaluate your time management skills and other personal attributes.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview, during which they will also be required to complete a brief practical test.
The outcome of the interview will be informed within 7 days of the interview.
A formal job offer will be extended to the candidates who successfully meet the criteria.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a six-month probationary period, which includes a one-week induction. At the conclusion of this period, your performance will be assessed to determine your eligibility for permanent status, which will be accompanied by a salary increase and additional benefits. Should you meet the organization's expectations for timely delivery, quality of work, and other key performance criteria by the end of the first year, you will be considered for promotion to the next tier.
